This page contains all necessary steps for Choosing IBM 3278/9 Terminal cursor type.

Choosing cursor type:

Choosing cursor type is done from [Options] item located on Tec3270 main menu.

On clicking over this item an submenu is shown, containing an options list from which {Cursor Type} should be selected. It will be grayed until an active 3270 session is available.

Changing the 3270 cursor type is only possible after connecting to any host 3270 session. It's an session attribute and, in this way, each session may have an specific cursor type.

The 'Cursor Styles' dialog is presented in order to permit making all necessary changes that will be applied to current 3270 session.

All modifications are memorized and applied immediately after pressing 'OK' button.
